1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "rgame11", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to rgame11 and all services provided through the official website rgame11.org and related applications operating under international licensing.

"User", "you", "member" or "player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses any service provided by rgame11, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and virtual sports.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of the relationship between the user and rgame11, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, use of bonuses, and all betting activities conducted through our platform.

By clicking the "Register" or "Login" button, or by accessing any part of the rgame11 platform, you clearly and voluntarily express your agreement to be bound by all provisions in this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published separately.

2. User Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the rgame11 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be an employee of rgame11, an affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such an individual.
• Not have been declared bankrupt or subject to any financial restrictions that could affect the ability to meet financial obligations.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion programme or recognised gambling prohibition list.

rgame11 reserves the right at any time to request verification documents to confirm user eligibility, including a copy of an identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other appropriate supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account in the rgame11 system at any time. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and duplicate accounts found will be closed without notice, with all balances held subject to review and potential forfeiture.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. rgame11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Any changes to personal information must be updated through your account or by contacting our customer support team. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

rgame11 reserves the right to decline the registration of any individual at its sole discretion, without any obligation to disclose the reason for refusal.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

rgame11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10. rgame11 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however users are advised to check for any charges that may be applied by their respective payment providers.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the user's own account. rgame11 does not accept deposits from third parties and reserves the right to reject and return any deposit suspected of coming from an unauthorised source.

rgame11 uses a multi-layer verification system to ensure every financial transaction is secure and valid. Our platform does not store credit card information or sensitive financial information of users.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50. Withdrawals are processed by rgame11 within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request has been verified and approved by our finance team.

Before any withdrawal is processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification procedure. This includes submitting a copy of MyKad and proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except under special circumstances approved by our finance team. This requirement is in place for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met first.
• rgame11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for accounts under investigation for suspicious activity.
• Any rejected withdrawal will be returned to the user's account balance and a notification will be sent via the registered email.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

rgame11 offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to RM300 to new members. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value received before any bonus-related withdrawals are permitted.

As a calculation guide: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, making your balance RM220. The wagering requirement to meet is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800. For a deposit of RM600, the maximum bonus of RM300 applies — balance of RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500 to complete.

The rgame11 VIP programme consists of three (3) tiers with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers is determined by your betting activity over time. rgame11 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure, promotions, and bonus offers at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform's official channels.

Each bonus may only be claimed once per account and is non-transferable. Misuse of promotional offers, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is a serious violation of these terms.

7. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the rgame11 platform — covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, and virtual sports — are final once confirmed by the system. Users may not cancel a bet that is being processed or has already been accepted by the system.

In the event of a technical disruption, network failure, or any system issue that prevents a bet from being settled correctly, rgame11 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account. Decisions made by rgame11 management in such situations are final.

Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. rgame11 provides game information as a guide but does not guarantee any particular outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Use of the rgame11 platform is subject to full compliance with the following conduct standards. Violation of any item below will result in immediate action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or exploitation of technical bugs within the rgame11 system.
• Sharing login credentials with another person or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Opening multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or claim bonuses unlawfully.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits into a rgame11 account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about rgame11 to other users.
• Any attempt to unlawfully influence game outcomes or collude with other players.

rgame11 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, seizing balances, and reporting to relevant authorities, against users found to have violated any of these provisions.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

rgame11 reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user suspected or found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests made on responsible gambling grounds will be processed promptly and taken seriously.

When an account is closed at the user's request, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to successful identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, rgame11 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending completion of an investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The rgame11 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continuous availability of the service.

rgame11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

rgame11's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

rgame11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on this website with a clear effective date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the rgame11 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support team. Account closure in such circumstances will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 above.

12. Governing Law

rgame11 operates under an international licence. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform's licence was issued.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through rgame11's internal process. Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team via live chat or email to resolve any issue before taking further action.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
